Lau Residence-Whistler
A new open concept kitchen gave this rustic whistler house a much needed facelift. I had to get creative as my clients had very different styles; one preferred midcentury modern/contemporary, while the other was leaning towards French country. This all came together by using more traditional materials such as a marble backsplash, white shaker cabinets and wide plank hardwood floors married with modern appliances and midcentury inspired furniture.

​-an extensive renovation of a classic whistler "cabin".
Torn down to the studs, we are finally rebuilding this classic Whistler home. When completed it will feature a catwalk overlooking the rec room/family room , a living wall, interactive golf screen and an open kitchen dining area.
It has all custom millwork, a steam shower in the master suite and a wet bar in the downstairs living area.
With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, large laundry/mudroom, this Whistler home will be a gem in the end.
​Elliot Residence - Crumpit woods, Squamish
Midcentury modern meets west coast contemporary style. All cabinetry is made of birch plywood interiors with riftcut oak exteriors. The wood cabinetry is complemented by pieces of high gloss white acrylic. Quartz countertops and brushed white oak floors makes for a sleek yet comforting space.

​Townhouse renovation - Squamish
This is my own place that I renovated on a shoestring budget last year. Knowing that any major investment would not be returned upon sale, I chose affordable finishes and did most of the work myself.
I wanted the place to look less like a "cookie cutter" townhome so I added rustic elements throughout the home which has become a trademark of most of my designs.
Horstman Lane Residence

This current project is a major renovation of a 1990's log home. Every room has been touched, but the most significant change is the open staircase. By replacing the wall between the kitchen and great room with a glass and steel wall we changed the whole look and feel of the space. The home now features all new custom cabinetry throughout, quartz countertops, gas fireplaces and we added a gym and a laundry/mudroom in the basement.

Aragon Residence

We are still in the preliminary stages of this project that will start in January 2019.
It will be a full overhaul of this 90's stucco home from top to bottom. Leaving most of the stucco exterior, we are adding some wood siding and stone veneer for a more west coast contemporary feel. New black frame windows and nana wall, new front porch and rear covered deck are some of the major exterior changes, and the inside will have all custom millwork, new floors throughout and lots of unique design features.
